Rental & Purchase Disclaimer

By renting or purchasing items from Housewarming Home Staging, LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Condition of Returned Items

All rented items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. If an item is returned damaged, stained, excessively worn, or otherwise requiring repair or professional cleaning, the renter will be responsible for the associated costs.

If an item is damaged beyond repair or deemed unsuitable for future rental, the renter will be charged the full replacement cost, equal to the retail sale price listed in our catalog at the time of rental.

If cleaning or repair is required, the renter will be charged the cost of cleaning and/or repair.

Rental Period & Late Returns

Rental periods are for 30 days. All rented items must be returned no later than 3:00 PM on the 30th day following the rental start date.

Items not returned by 3:00 PM on the due date will automatically incur an additional full month of rental charges.

No partial-month credits, prorations, or extensions will be applied.

No Refunds or Returns

All sales and rentals are final. Refunds, returns, or exchanges will not be honored once:

• The item has been picked up from our warehouse, or
• The item has been delivered and received at the designated delivery location.

This policy applies to both rented and purchased items.

Acceptance of Terms

Payment for any rental or purchase constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms and conditions in full.
